This mod was originally made for ArmA 2 by Desktop. Therefore all credits go to Desktop. A few months ago I was able to get the files for Desktop's C-17 project. Once I was able to get hands on the mod, I decided to port it over to ArmA 3.

Features

  • Cargo ramp and boarding door opens
  • Lights and collision lights work
  • Boosters for combat take off (User key 18)
  • Brakes after landing (User key 19)

Known Issues
  • Too shiny. Need to modify rvmat files
  • Flare pattern is wrong
  • Cannot load vehicles in the back (working on it)
  • Does not have navigator or Co-pilot seat (caused a lot of issues)

I'm more interested in the ability to make it a static object at 5000 feet and have everyone run and jump off the ramp.

If I could work out how to stop Arma 3 automatically going into the falling animation I would be well under way.
